So sorry to hear about CW. He will be greatly missed by all. Such a great guy. His support of the local Country Music Association, while it lasted, was appreciated so much. I enjoyed playing with him at CMA jams and a job or two. Chip Bradley

I knew Cliff most of my life since he and Teena were my folks' (Babe and Norman) very good friends. We loved their visits to Ely and I remember frequent laughter and many great stories they'd tell from the old days. I will always remember Cliff as a very kind and honest man. Not only do I feel sorrow for Teena and their children for their loss, but I mourn the loss of yet one more Depression-era "kid" who, like my parents, started with little and made good and full lives for themselves and their children. They don't seem to make them like that anymore.

Steve & family, I am very sorry to hear of CW's passing. My dad got a kick out of taking out of town company up to the chuck wagon suppers and watching your dad play his fiddle.

Thank you God for gifting me with a wonderful dad. He loved mom & his children faithfully, provided for us always. He was a man who seen the value in all people, no matter their lot in life. He was honest in his business dealing and gave the other person the benefit of the doubt if a question arose. Dad wasn't stingy with his possessions and always had a place at the table for unexpected guests. He was a great joke and story teller. He loved the life God gave him, knowing his musical gifts were from God. He was a hard-worker to be sure. Music was therapy to dad, who had suffered from arthritis at an early age. He was rarely to sick to play a gig. I was blessed to be holding his hand when he passed into the presense of Jesus, dad's saviour. I love you dad and I will see you in heaven. Karen
